Ryokan Tsutaya(Inn) - a historical and artistic inn

Experience the beautiful 3-stories wooden structure that blends beautifully with the surrounding Kinosaki Onsen atmosphere. Ryokan Tsutaya(inn) is known for its historical and artistic decorations. Our interior have been decorated with letters and Japanese paintings by Katsura Kogoro (later known as Takayoshi Kido) who stayed at our property and played a large role in the establishment of the new Meiji government. Enjoy our relaxed atmosphere and experience a taste of warm and personal service. All children are welcome and children 6 years old and under stay free when using exisiting beds. We can accommodate up to 4 people in a room. Cancellation and prepayment policies differs according to the room type. Please check at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed on our property.
